We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join the People Assurance and Experience Team.


Highly organised, you will enjoy working in a busy environment and take pride in achieving a high standard of work.

You will have excellent organisational skills, be adept at problem solving and have excellent communication and people skills. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. We want someone who can show initiative and work on their own but is willing to learn. Professional at all times, you will handle confidential and sensitive information with care and respect.


As an integral member of our team, you will be inspiring and self-motivated, and will be enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge, skills and expertise to help us make improvements.


Previous experience is important but your drive, enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to adapt are what will make you stand out.

Ideally, we would like someone on a full-time basis, but for the right person we are happy to consider part time hours or other flexible working arrangements.

The role is based at Woodland House but will also involve working from home some of the time.

  • Provide an efficient and comprehensive project and administrative support service to the People Assurance and Experience team
  • Play an active role in communication, event management and stakeholder management for People Assurance and Experience team and, as required, the wider People and Culture function
  • Support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the People and Culture Plan
  • Provide a Personal Assistant (PA) service to the Deputy Director of People and Culture, Assistant Director of OD and Culture and Assistant Director of People Resourcing as required
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
