Working Hours:

2 week shift rotation.

Week - Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Week - Monday-Thursday, 11am-8pm. Friday 9:30am-6pm.

Working every 2nd Saturday, 9am-2pm.


Responsibilities:


  • Mixture of inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide customers with accurate and consistent information to reduce unnecessary contact and ensure excellent customer service
  • Knowledge Management keeping up to date with processes, rules and products
  • Identify, handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Drive collections of outstanding payments through negotiation
  • Ensure quality of customer conversations in line with Policies and Quality assessment standards.

About You:


  • Experience of working in a call centre environment and dealing with high volume calls
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently
  • Prior experience with systems, in particular Microsoft Office.
