Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent communications company based just outside of Bath, in their search for a Full/Part-Time Finance Manager to join their talented team.
This role is key within the business and will have regular interaction with the Senior Management team and the Founder.
You will get the opportunity to work with an experienced and high-performing team in a dynamic working environment with regular company social and team building events.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include -
- Collating and examining financial information, mainly through SAGE
- Predicting future financial trends, analysing sales figures / buying trends
- Contributing advice to the team and management on the future of the company
- Producing financial reports,
- Working collaboratively with external accountants
- Processing PAYE, VAT, HMRC & TAKS
- Overseeing budgets, working with heads of department to increase ownership
- Improving effective strategies that work to lessen financial risk
- Analysing market trends and competitors
About you
Ideally, you will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant and have some experience working within SME businesses. You will have brilliant business awareness and will be able to tactfully challenge where appropriate. You'll be responsible for overseeingone team member within the department, adding to their ongoing development and support.
