Our client are a leading FMCG organisation based in in Watford and are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their team during an exciting period of growth.
Description
As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with hiring managers to write job descriptions and assess hiring needs
- Advertising jobs through online platforms such as linkedin, reed, indeed etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers and making sure they are updated through the recruitment process
- Determine qualification criteria for each position
- Participate in job fairs to promote companies reputation
Profile
The successful Internal Recruiter will:
- Have between 12 years recruitment experience either inhouse or agency
- Have a solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to organise their work and time
