We are looking for a dynamic individual who will play a key role in supporting the running and the development of the Anticipatory Care project.


  • There is on the job training available to get you up to speed with the role requirements. _
  • We offer frequent supervision, regular development reviews and access to band relevant support groups to ensure you feel supported and continue to professionally develop. The role will be supported by both the Clinical team and the other admin team._
