We're looking for a Hub Operator to join our Highways team in Coldharbour.

Full Time, Permanent, Days/Nights, 4 on 4 off

Responsibilities
As a Hub Operator, you'll be working within the Highways Team to support with Providing a single point of contact for Kier Highways supporting the Area 3 & 4, Birmingham & Shropshire team's response to incident management, Safety observations, stakeholder liaison and general enquiries

Your day to day will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for Kier in relation to incidents, emergency repairs and severe weather on the network, ensuring that the appropriate course of action is taken for each issue reported
  • Liaise directly with the Kier Duty Bronze/Supervisor and Highways England's R.O.C's ensuring any additional support is correctly identified and provided. Also maintain and manage the information flow and ensure regular contact with all stakeholders during incidents.
  • Produce and maintain accurate records for all incidents that occur on the network and record all relevant information into the relevant database(s).
