Our client, a leading service provider committed to delivering a sustainable future for the South West has an opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team based in Exeter.

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will accurately capture issuesand exhaust all options for resolution at the first point of contact.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to progress their IT career.

IT Service Desk Analyst responsibilities include: -_

  • Log Incidents using ITIL aligned support management processes
  • Identify and carry out any corrective action that can resolve the issue
  • Agree next course of action with users, monitoring progress whilst keeping the users up to date

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to problem solving
