  • Experienced high level knowledge and professional use of Microsoft Applications like
  • Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Excellent ability to prepare business presentation documents
  • Experience of cleaning industry service and products (not a prerequisite as training will be provided)
  • Experience with mobile technology use and configuration for users
  • Supervisory experience

KEY JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To have complete ownership and responsibility for all daytoday business administration, procedures and processes linked to client Service Level Agreements.
  • To manage internal client data base
  • New Contracts and Contract Amendments
  • To manage client invoicing, credits, purchase orders and proforma invoices.
  • To build and maintain relationships with customers. Working to solve any business or technical challenges that they face.
  • To handle problems, and analyse communications, contracts, and negotiations. To use the information to refine company practices. Helping Alliance to maintain positive reputations with customers.
  • To make sure all direct and indirect client requests are dealt with according to the Company's quality standard response times.
  • To be commercially aware of all operational and business support activities.
  • To make sure all client supporting documents are created and maintained within the right filing locations.
  • To assist with client complaints within agreed Company timescales.
  • To assist with HR documentation and meetings
  • To provide general support for the Operations department
