A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Advisor to join an established and successful manufacturing organisation based in Malton, North Yorkshire.

This is a "Hands on" role reporting into the H&S Manager and is a permanent position offering competitive salary and excellent benefits

As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Investigating and recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health
Maintain and protect health and safety standards by negotiating with the management team and safety representatives
Advising the business of the current safety issues and supporting the business to meet its legal requirements
Supporting the manager in producing statistics and trending for managers
Designing, implementing and embedding of internal policies and procedures
Supporting the Manager in running health and safety meetings

This role offers a salary £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits and the business is commutable from York, Scarborough, Pickering, Driffield, Thirsk and surrounding areas.
