Are you looking for a job to take your Customer Service skills to the next level?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a company in Manchester for a switched-on Customer Service Advisor.

The role is permanent and will be on a hybrid basis (so you must be within commutable distance to Manchester) and will be an Admin focused position lookingafter Guests of our client.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Booking taxis
  • Organising Catering
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Transferring calls to the relevant department

What we're looking for:

  • Customer service experience (essential)
  • Experience within Luxury goods, hotels, professional customer service (preferred)
  • Commutable distance to Manchester (essential)
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Language skills are preferred but not essential (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
