Description

East Cheshire Trust is seeking a highly motivated enthusiastic professional to work in the Estates and Facilities Team as the Estates & Facilities (E&F) Matron.


As a senior member of the E & F team you will help support the departments governance aspirations and policy development, this may be through offering clinical advice or leading on formal incident reviews or investigations.

In addition, you will help advise the E & F Senior Management Team on any Clinical considerations on a day-to-day basis to ensure we are providing the best service and care with the patient at the centre of everything we do.


The post holder will need to be strong leader with a proven track record in management, have outstanding communication and organisational skills and will attend senior level meetings for the Trust.

Predominately based at Macclesfield Hospital but travel to other sites in the community may be required.

This is an exciting time to be joining the department with significant investment and development of the current Estate.

37.5 hours per week.
