Devise and deliver meaningful communications and engagement opportunities with a range of stakeholders, including patients and community groups.

Produce a range of communications materials to keep stakeholders informed about the Trust, including regular bulletins and website content.


Create and lead focus groups, surveys, engagement meetings, events, and innovative channels to engage identified audiences in specific programmes of work.

Maximise the potential for new ways of engaging.


Create meaningful ways to record and evaluate patients' views on services provided by the Trust, according to best practice, to feed into service improvement and pathway redesign.
