Role and Responsibilities (this is a broad but not exhaustive list)
- Maintain and update content on the firm's intranet, especially relating to the Marketing & BD pages, resources, and calendars, and assist with drafting and publishing firm news on all the internal channels.
- Assist the Digital Marketing team with uploading articles to the website, arranging and uploading podcasts, creating and sending out external mailings, handling our website enquiries inbox and updating people profiles.
- Manage the starter and leaver process, updating relevant internal and external systems
- Liaise with suppliers to source merchandise to be used at events or for other marketing purposes
- Monitor and maintain stocks of publications and merchandise
- Acting as central helpdesk for enquiries to the Marketing team including responding to ad hoc requests from colleagues, lawyers, secretaries and suppliers
- Manage the corporate photography process including scheduling the photographer, rooms, bookings and distributing corporate photographs to appropriate internal contacts.
- Support other colleagues during busy periods and absences with publications, and other administrative activities
- Undertake ad hoc research as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Computer literate competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
