- We're looking for a Marketing Lead to join the Business Marketing team at Snap Inc
- What you'll do:
- Work with the UK Head of Marketing to deliver the UK Marketing strategy, focusing on both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences within the UK market
- Execute marketing programs which deliver on the strategy and communicate Snap's value proposition for consumers and businesses via innovative brand campaigns, success stories, thought leadership, partnerships, workshops, and events.
- Work with brand, creative and crossfunctional teams to create culturally relevant and bestinclass creative, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with crossfunctional partners to support our team efforts by communicating our brand vision and campaign ideas to rally support.
- Partner with other stakeholders and crossfunctional teams, including Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms, Marketing Science, and Sales to ensure our marketing delivers on Snap's UK's overarching business goals.
- Collaborate with other marketing and cross functional teams in EMEA to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across our portfolio.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of business marketing and ensure it delivers on Snap's goals in the market
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A multidimensional marketer with a track record of inspiring creative ideas that come to life across a broad ecosystem of marketing channels including paid, organic and earned.
- Collaborative approach which embodies Snap's core values
- Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldn't
- Analytical rigor and an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- A passion for Snapchat
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing roles
- Experience working with teams that operate crossfunctionally
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media company
