Up to £23,000 + benefits

The One Group have partnered with a leading developer and manufacturer of scientific equipment to join their growing Production team based in Saffron Walden, Essex as a Trainee Mechanical Assembler.
You will have great practical skills, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in pursuing a career within manufacturing working in a varied role in a friendly production team.
You should expect to learn:
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Basic hand soldering
- Crimping
- Conducting basic visual inspection of finished products
- Using test equipment to ensure units function as expected
- Carry out testing on the completed units
- Following work flow instructions to help build assemblies
- Basic wiring & electronics
- Someone who is positive, keen to learn and above all a team player
