Business Performance and Planning Coordinator

Pay Rate:

Position Description:


Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Highly Organised has the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel spanning across PA style requests and office administrative work, interfacing with multiple stakeholder groups including senior directors, other administrative stakeholders and operational executors (property contractors, print services etc.)
  • Ability to manage complex tasks using a variety of systems and processes with a wide range of stakeholder involvement.
  • Experience of managing projects within an office environment is required (e.g. project managing a property transformation).
  • Previous experience in a PA/ EA role at an executive level in a fast moving dynamic environment is preferred.
  • IT skills should be advanced and ability to problem solve is a must.
  • The primary set of tools used would be from the Microsoft Office suite, such as Outlook (including the web based version), Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • In addition the ability to build and maintain an internal network of contacts to get this done when necessary will be imperative.

Preferred:


  • Experience of taking minutes and actions in formal meetings
  • Experience managing Microsoft Groups
  • Experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Resource management experience
