We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic People & Culture Officer to support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient and compliant People & Culture service which recruits, retains and develops a workforce to feel valued and delivers our organisational goals.


The People & Culture Officer will work alongside the Head of People & Culture to be the first point of contact for our people (staff existing and prospective), ensuring all related information is handled appropriately and administration is completed in an accurate and timely fashion.


The People & Culture Officer will lead on recruitment administration and onboarding, support with employee contract administration, and assist our line managers to ensure responsibilities are completed and support requests are triaged and actioned within the People & Culture team.


The role will involve management of the organisation's HR Information System and Learner Management Systems, supporting with payroll and other related responsibilities, and generally supporting the People & Culture team by being a frontline support for internal and external queries.

Salary scale:
£25,436 to £28,650 per annum actual salary

Permanent

Hours: 37 hours


Base:
Bradford City Centre


Responsible to:
Head of People & Culture

Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holiday

Probationary: 6 months
