An exciting opportunity for the right person to undertake a key role within our People Employment Team.

The purpose of the role is to provide timely support and expert HR advice to frontline managers of the Trust.

This role is ideal for people who already have a good track record of providing HR advice in a fast paced, pressurised environment.

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of HR areas including absence management, employee relations and terms and conditions of employment.

You will be able to confidently train and support managers using a coaching approach. You will be promoting good practice, a person centred approach and ensuring consistency across the organization.
