  • Responsible for collecting, processing and filing of GMP training documents.
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, archiving of employee training folders.
  • Maintenance of existing LMS
  • Support data migration to new LMS
  • Support the disqualification process for employees who fail to attend classroom training or complete document reads in a timely manner.
  • Be POC for troubleshooting support for the LMS and associated systems.
  • In collaboration with Senior Technical & GMP Trainers, areas technical trainers and SMEs, prepare training records and reports requested during audits. Review records and reports, highlighting any potential issues before the records enter the inspection room.
  • Act as site trainers for existing and new LMS, providing shoulder to shoulder support as well as group training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Has worked in a regulated industry, Pharma or medical devices or learning environment. Proficient in excel and accurate data entry and reporting

  • Well organized and used to handling large volumes of paper and electronic records
