Description
:- Responsible for collecting, processing and filing of GMP training documents.
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance, archiving of employee training folders.
- Maintenance of existing LMS
- Support data migration to new LMS
- Support the disqualification process for employees who fail to attend classroom training or complete document reads in a timely manner.
- Be POC for troubleshooting support for the LMS and associated systems.
- In collaboration with Senior Technical & GMP Trainers, areas technical trainers and SMEs, prepare training records and reports requested during audits. Review records and reports, highlighting any potential issues before the records enter the inspection room.
- Act as site trainers for existing and new LMS, providing shoulder to shoulder support as well as group training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Well organized and used to handling large volumes of paper and electronic records
