***Looking for a full-time Cleaning role? We have an opening for an experienced cleaner to provide a quality cleaning service to an Education Establishment based in Bangor.

Responsible for all the cleaning aspects of the site, you will become an integral member of the facilities management team working together to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building.

As a Cleaner/Maintenance Assistant you will be responsible for:

Cleaning all aspects of designated areas including offices, hall, corridors, windows, toilets and kitchen
Undertaking cleaning duties such as hoovering, dusting, polishing, mopping and wiping surfaces
Ensure high levels of cleanliness throughout the work place at all times
Working unsupervised and using your own initiative
Opening and Closing of the site, ensuring that the building is locked and secure for the evening
Assisting the Facilities manager to prepare for meetings and events
Assisting the Facilities Manager with the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds
To be considered for the cleaning job you must have:
Previous experience cleaning in a commercial environment
Knowledge of using of cleaning products in a safe manner
Well organised with good time management skills
Flexible & willing to undertake job roles not within your job description
Self motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, using their own initiative to get tasks completed
Current DBS certificate or willing to undertake one (essential)

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, based in Bangor offering a Salary in Circa of £23,000 per annum.
