Servis Personnel is looking for a Healthcare Bookings Administrator/Co-ordinator to join the company in June 2023.

Pay
:
From £10.50 per hour


Hours of work
:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 1 hour unpaid lunch break


Rotating Out of Hours Service with Pay Enhancement. 1 Week in 3 Weeks

Remote Working - Out of Hours Service - 17:00 to 23:00 and 07:00 to 08:00

Duties:


  • This role is to ensure the full end to end booking process for our Healthcare business to run efficiently
  • Managing client expectations throughout the booking process
  • Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in internal systems and producing adhoc reports.
  • Supporting with general administrative duties
  • Communication with other departments
  • Finance, Compliance etc
  • Keeping on top of personal progress

Experience and requirements:


  • Ideally from a recruitment, administration or healthcare background although not mandatory
  • Have a good knowledge and understanding of IT packages
  • You will receive pay enhancements for remote working outside office hours
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Goal orientated
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise accordingly
  • The Right Attitude

Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
