Our client is a FTSE 250 global leader in IT services generating over £12 billion as a consulting practice with a rich client portfolio.

Joining this dynamic team as a
Capital Markets Consultant will provide you with the opportunity on working with industry leaders within the Banking and Financial Services sector.


As a Capital Markets Consultant, you will:

  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders with effective communication
  • Assist in growing the Capital Markets practice by delivering on value propositions
  • Coach and mentor juniors within the wider team
  • Deliver focus thought leadership assets such as podcasts, blogs or vlogs
  • Support at various stages of project delivery from initial business cases through to implementation
  • Work with a variety of UK and EU based clients and adapt to new and challenging environments

The Successful Capital Markets Consultant skillset will be:

  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting on Business and Technology transformation within Capital Markets
  • Degree educated in a STEM discipline
  • Experienced with the full project life cycle using a variety of methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Key Stakeholder management experience both internally and externally
  • Previous experience of working in a global delivery team
  • Knowledge of financial products and asset classes
  • An understanding of the sell side and the buy side within industry ecosystems
  • Key knowledge of one of the following: F2B trade lifecycles, Liquidity and Collateral, Regulations, Post trade settlements, Middle office or Product control and Corporate investment banking
