Hybrid working available (4 days in the office, 1 day at home)


LHH are pleased to be working with one of their Sussex based clients to recruit a HR Business Partner to report to the Head of HR.

In this role, you will proactively support our wider team and managers directly, with the delivery of various people, engagement and development initiatives:

  • Build and develop close and collaborative working relationships with managers, and manage response times from the wider team
  • Work with managers to scope, develop and implement their mid and longrange People strategy
  • Maintain a regular rhythm of site visits, ensuring progress of the people, engagement and development plans
  • Partner leaders and managers with their organisational development activities, providing legal guidance and implementation support
  • Manage key projects from scoping requirements through to implementation e.g. engagement survey through to outcome analysis and development planning, reward benchmarking through to strategy proposal
  • Identify L&D opportunities and work closely with our internal learning and development team to provide additional value
  • Ensure best practice and compliance with all company procedures, policies, and legislation
  • Advise and guide the HR Advisors and HR Administrators with more complex matters, acting as key point of escalation
  • Support and manage HR Advisors and HR Administrators through coaching and development
