Morgan Hunt are working with Hertfordshire Mind Network on their search for a Senior Bounce Back Worker.

Hertfordshire Mind Network have formed a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation to deliver a one to one outreach service for people who are in psychiatric hospitals across Hertfordshire.

As a Senior Bounce Back worker, you will work with the Community Outreach Teams and hospital staff, ensuring patients are offered advice, information and holistic support.

You will support the Team Leader and Services Manager, assuring an effective running of the service. As a senior, you will line manage a small number of staff and where necessary, volunteers.

You will have experience working within mental health services and have line managing staff before.

You must be a car driver and have access to a car.
