About the role:

We have a several services in, Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse and Worksop with vacancies.


We're looking for a compassionate Support Workers with the ability to encourage people to look after themselves so they can live their lives to the fullest.

No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best.

You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, to taking part in activities and games and accessing the community.


We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to.

You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.


Hours:

We have 5 vacancies available across the services. They run 24 hours, 7 days a week - waking night shifts, day shifts, or just nights.

Full & part time as well as casual positions available.


Location:

This service is located in Worksop, Mansfield and Mansfield Woodhouse

  • Nottingham. Free parking is available and easy access via public transport.

  • Have excellent face to face communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
  • Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
