Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide media and marketing expertise to multiple departments within our business ecosystem.
  • Manage schedules and arrange meetings as required.
  • Assist with document preparation.
  • Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
  • Organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation materials.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience as an Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent experience with media and marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Discretion with confidential information.

Salary:
From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
