Medical Receptionist (30 Hours):

Circa £11 - £11.50ph

Part Time 30 hours_

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join an established team of receptionists in an ongoing position that will last a minimum of three weeks.

Working within an incredibly busy GP practice, you will be responsible for ensuring that all patient communications within the practice are dealt with in a courteous and professional manner.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the reception area including presentation, provision of information to patients, GDPR compliance and maintaining stock levels of stationery & medication.

The role will include dealing with patients both over the phone and face-to-face on-site.

This is a temporary position and you must have experience of using EMIS in a GP environment. In addition, you must also have a recent DBS and proof of right to work in the UK.

The practice is open 5 days a week from Monday to Friday and he would be needed to work 4 days in the week.

You should also have a professional appearance as well as an excellent standard of both written and spoken English. You must also be resourceful and be able to react to situations as they arise.
