Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily perpetual inventory counts and spot checks as directed by the Operations/Contract Manager.
  • Investigate and reconcile any anomalies highlighted from these checks.
  • Ability to present findings and rationale in a concise manner.
  • Receipting, picking and dispatching.
  • Work with warehouse personnel to ensure adherence to contract procedures.
  • A high level of data entry accuracy is very important to ensure updates and corrections are accurate.
  • MHE licenses would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to make decisions.
  • To be receptive to training and development opportunities that may be necessary for successful completion of designated tasks or specific projects.
  • To comply with Health and Safety legislation, promoting high standards and acting immediately on hazards and unsafe practices in conjunction with other staff.
  • Other duties as requested.

Your skills:

  • 2 years minimum experience in this role.
  • Be confident and comfortable working with and analyzing numbers.
  • A high level of motivation to get stock integrity to the highest level possible.
  • Be experienced in inventory control matters.
  • Have a good understanding of general Warehouse Management Systems.
