Description
Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a national organisation to find an HR Advisor to join their team based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
With a salary of up to £33k + £5.7k Car Allowance. Hybrid working is available, however frequent travel to local sites is required.
As an HR Advisor you will be supporting and coaching managers on all employee relations cases, supporting with policy development, creating training modules, and leading and supporting on project work.
It is essential that you are resilient, confident, have previous experience with ER case management and can build relationships with stakeholders.
