Experienced Essential - Minimum 2 years in similar letting environment.We are looking for an experienced letting agent. Based in Kilmarnock.
Managing a busy daily workload across our letting portfolio - liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors - Ensuring properties are compliant with current legislation - Updating landlords and tenants - providing the highest level of customer service - Experience preferred however we will consider an individual who has a strong commercial background.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kilmarnock,
East Ayrshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
