Cleaner Position - Kings Inch Rd, Glasgow G51


We are currently looking to hire a Cleaner with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, who also holds a current DBS certificate, for our premises located on Kings Inch Rd, Glasgow, G51.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent individual seeking a temporary position in a supportive and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • General cleaning of the office areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
  • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
  • Maintaining cleaning supplies inventory and submitting requests for supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
  • Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
  • Notifying superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
  • Dealing with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Adhering to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any companyrelated practices.

Days/Hours Required:


  • Monday: 2.25hrs, 07:00 09:1
  • Tuesday: 2.25hrs, 07:00 09:1
  • Wednesday: 2.25hrs, 07:00 09:15
  • Thursday: No work
  • Friday: 2.25hrs, 07:00 09:1
  • Saturday: 2hrs, 09:00 11:00
  • Sunday: 2hrs, 09:00 11:00
  • Total: 13 hours per week

Pay Rate:

- £10.82 per hour


Contract Type:


  • Temporary position

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • A high standard of work and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend
  • Ability to pass a background check and hold a current DBS certificate
