Description

Duties and responsibilities include:
Ensure records are up to date.
Manage workload of weekly/monthly/yearly checks.
Be responsible for materials sourced from suppliers.
Ensure works unable to be completed by the FO are reported to The Registered Manager.
Operate safely complying with statutory regulations.

Be responsible for the tools and equipment supplied by park homes and maintain them in a good and safe condition.


  • Requirements _
Driving licence preferred
knowledge of general maintenance activities
Knowledge of H&S regulations
Previous experience required ( 1 year )

Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour
