**Job Description
Customer Service Advisor - Havering Access Team**
Grade 4 £26,913 - £29,214 pa

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a professional and efficient service ensuring the delivery of excellence in customer service when handling customer contact.

You must ensure recording is compliant with Havering Adults Social Care principles and practices e.g. Better Living Model. to explore customer's strengths by supporting them identify resources/services to help them maintain their independence

You will deliver to the residents of Havering excellent customer services across all access channels, resulting in high customer satisfaction and promote a professional and positive image to all service users.

You will receive and handle enquiries across a range of front-line services, through a variety of access channels including but not limited to telephone, web and electronic, aiming to achieve first contact resolution for the customer responding to the majority of enquiries unless level of complexity requires it to be reassigned to seniors for screening and/or triaging.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience of responding to a variety of demands in a busy frontline environment.

Experience is essential in dealing with a diverse customer range.

Experienced in using multiple software systems for processing business tasks and information.

Excellent approach to Customer Service.

Possess a flexible approach to work, including "hybrid" working arrangements
