Job Title:
Male Support Worker - Children's service
Salary up to £29,620.00 (based on completing 6 sleep ins per month
Make a difference to Children in our Care: Do you have at least 1 years' experience is a Residential Care setting, maybe in an adult's settings where your skills gained to date are transferrable and you just fancy moving into a children's home setting, or you have experience in an Education setting.
We could put you through the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) and if completed within the agreed timescale you could earn £1000 bons.
Our new home in Tividale, Oldbury is within the local community supporting up to 3 young people with Learning Disabilities.
Hours:
Average 40 hours per week (2 on, 4 off day rota)

Job Summary:
As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual support required by the children and young people in our care.
You will support the children & young people to appointments and other fun activities, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, complete relevant paperwork, and where appropriate administer medication.
You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.
