STRATEGY INSIGHTS & PLANNING ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT - HEOR

Our Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) vision is to combine scientific and methodological rigor with strategic thinking. We work with our clients to go beyond delivering high quality studies, to helping them make sure the work they are undertaking are the right ones to support their strategic priorities, and even shape those priorities.

As a HEOR consultant (modelling focus) you will need to demonstrate deep technical skills combined with a broad understanding of HEOR and an engaging, enthusiastic, consulting style.

What You'll Do

Develop health economic models, from model conceptualization through to build and publication including working to really understand the client's priorities and contribute to creative, robust solutions.
Deliver projects and supporting business development often with other members of the HEOR team, but in some instances working with other teams.
Lead drafting of scientific reports, abstracts, manuscripts, and dossiers in HEOR at the AC level you'd often be the main author of these deliverables, with appropriate oversight and support.
Assist in developing client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects.
Actively support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client risk and issue mitigation.
Assist in driving the project forward to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Advance problemsolving skills and improve ZS's capabilities.
Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

What You'll Bring

At least two years of relevant work experience (modelling focus).
Experience developing / adapting costeffectiveness and budget impact models.
High proficiency in MS Excel and VBA programming.
High proficiency in statistical packages desirable (e.g., R, Stata).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, with a qualityfocused mindset.
Selfdiscipline for planning and organizing tasks.
High motivation, good work ethic, and personal initiative.
Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact.
Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, team leadership.
