We are looking for two team players who are motivated, enthusiastic, and committed individuals with drive and determination to provide support to our Executive Directors.


We have one full-time, permanent position and one full-time, fixed term contract (18-month maternity cover) directly supporting the Executive Directors for Place and Adult Care & Community Wellbeing.

Both roles will be predominantly based on-site on the Lincoln campus.


_The role_


You will have excellent communication skills with a positive can-do attitude and a desire to provide an exceptional service in a Secretarial/PA Role; whilst assisting with leading the distribution of work to a team Management Support Officers.


You will deliver full meeting support to a range of high-profile meetings, including minute taking, managing diaries and phone calls; whilst facilitating on site attendance for meetings and events.

This role includes great variety, with no two days being the same.


You will need to be experienced at balancing challenging and demanding workloads, promoting excellent customer service and be highly organised.

Experience in a similar role is preferable and you will possess proficient skills in relationship management, report writing, undertaking research and supporting projects.


This is an exciting and ideal time to join our Team to provide top level administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Leadership Team, working with them to shape our future direction and the work of our Team.

_Fluency Duty_:
