Description

The provision of information and ER data via reports and spreadsheets will be a regular responsibility & so you must also have experience & skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.


The post holder will be responsible for the provision of an effective, proactive, and high-quality HR service within their Directorate.

They will respond to enquiries for advice from managers/employees/staff representatives on a wide variety of issues including interpretation of policies and procedures, terms and conditions and respond to routine employment law queries.


The post holder will provide support to the Directorate HR Teams in implementing workforce strategy outcomes and supports achievement of the directorate delivery plans through ongoing activity and one-off projects.
