FULL TIME GARDEN CENTRE ASSISTANT

JOB ROLE:

Working under the direction of the Garden Centre Manager to assist in the retail activities of the business.

Assisting customers with heavy items and transportation.

Delivering great customer service.

Helping and answering customer queries.

Keeping the retail areas clean, tidy and presentable.

Pricing and merchandising of stock.

Able to liaise with both customers and suppliers.

Providing a professional service in a calm manner when dealing with issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work

Have excellent communication skills

Willing to follow instructions and use own initiative

Must be well presented

To include 1 day at the weekend
