Service Performance Lead (IT Vendor Management)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Vendor Management professional to support IT Service operations for a huge global enterprise.
You will be integral for the entirety of the vendor and service matrix for end-to-end IT service delivery and ensure performance and delivery is aligned to business expectations/requirements.
You will be given the autonomy to identify improvements, risks, be involved with contracts/SLAs, review an analyse service performance etc.

Requirements:
- In
- depth experience in the delivery and management of vendors and third
- party suppliers
- Strong awareness and understanding of setting and managing key performance indicators
- Ability to create and deliver analytical reports to senior level
- Experience in IT Service management and ability support operations in ITIL environment
