Do you want to work alongside an experienced group of Team Leaders across our theatres?

We are committed to improving our retention of existing colleagues but also attracting new staff into the department - you could be the key to having an impact on our success


We are also committed to improving our capacity planning and theatre utilisation and want to develop a clear rotation plan for the anaesthetic practitioners to support our services across all our theatres.


This is a fantastic opportunity to plan, implement and maintain a robust anaesthetic programme across all of our theatres during a 12 month secondment with quarterly evaluation of key objectives.

The posts holder should be proactive, organised and determined in order to ensure the project is successful.

As a theatre leader you will be expected to balance the clinical and management demands of the theatres and teams which can be challenging.
