Communications Officer

£14 per hour

Basildon

Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Communications Officer based in Basildon. This is a 6 month contract working full time hours.

Responsibilities include:

Support the team with internal and external communications across a range of disciplines including creating campaigns, social media coordination, website updates etc.
Deal with key stakeholders with all stages of campaign management and content internally and externally.
Create copy and communication plans for a variety of platforms
Ability to create campaigns for press, social channels, video and written.
Ad hoc administrative tasks within communications and marketing team

Skills and experience required:

Experience with copy writing content for a range of channels including creating magazine articles, press releases and digital content.
Ability to storyboard videos from start to publication
Experience with creating communications plans and content to populate a range of channels for both internal and external audiences.
Experience of working in local government desired
