A client of ours, a privately backed firm in the city, who are gaining more and more momentum are currently looking to grow their audit team by hiring an Audit Director.


Details of the role

  • Managing a large client portfolio of corporate and listed companies
  • Leading the planning and delivery of audits to ensure clients' needs are met
  • Managing the audit team
  • Review audit files of the team and chair planning/clearing meetings with clients
  • Supporting the Partner team with business development
  • Ensure all clients adhere to strict compliance terms at all times

What you'll need to succeed

  • You should be fully qualified, either ACA or ACCA
  • You will ideally have experience of auditing listed clients
  • Strong communicator and influencer someone who can win new business
  • Ability to do adhoc nonclient work, for example recruitment and staff training
  • Adhoc work including due diligence, acquisitions etc.
