Perform general grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property
Operate power tools and equipment to mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscapes ideally be fully experienced and must be able to use ride on as well as pedestrian equipment.
Irrigate plants, trees, and lawns to ensure proper hydration
Build and repair structures such as fences, benches, and pathways
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
Use hand tools to perform various tasks such as pruning, weeding, and planting
Assist with duties including litter removal and debris cleanup
Maintain garden areas by planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants

Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment used in grounds maintenance
Knowledge of irrigation systems and their proper usage
Ability to build and repair structures using appropriate tools and techniques
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
Familiarity with a variety of hand tools used in grounds maintenance
Experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

PA6 spraying licence is advantageous. You will use smart phone based operating system(phone provided) to report all job activity completed. Drivers Licence is essential as you will be driving Company Vehicle.
