Leeds. £18.36 ph / Full and Part Time Available

Our client is one of the leading specialist nursing home care providers in the UK and has established a reputation for delivering quality outcomes for all service users.

They are passionate about helping people to improve their health and well-being by delivering truly person-centred care and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes.

Our client is looking for a Nurse to join the fantastic team at this purpose built service service for 30 younger adults split over 3 units with 10 per unit.

Responsibilities for the Nurse include:

Use your skills to deliver the highest standard of nursing and care.
Build extremely close relationships with your team and all the people you care for, allowing you to deliver a better standard of nursing.
Provide dedicated care for a small group of people, allowing you to really get to know them and deliver truly holistic care.
Be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality

You will be a team player, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective team work as part of a multidisciplined team.
