Key Responsibilities:

Quotation Creation: Use an Excel tool to accurately and efficiently generate quotations tailored to the customers' needs.
Order Management: Process orders through SAGE Line 50 with precision and care.
Technical Design: Utilise Ilogic in Autodesk Inventor to produce CAD drawings that meet specific customer requirements.
Manufacturing Coordination: Issue works orders into manufacture and maintain open lines of communication between the shop floor and customers, ensuring a seamless manufacturing process.
Delivery Arrangement: Organise and oversee the delivery of products, ensuring they meet customer timelines and expectations.
Post-

Delivery Support:

Provide responsive and knowledgeable support for any technical or operational queries from customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a technical sales role, ideally within the heating systems industry, with specific knowledge of hot water cylinders and buffer vessels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SAGE Line 50, and Autodesk Inventor (Ilogic).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with both customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problemsolving mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
