Leicestershire Music are looking to further expand our team of dynamic, energetic and dedicated instrumental tutors to deliver a diverse instrumental teaching programme.

Our Mission Statement is "Enriching and Connecting Your World Through Life-Changing Musical Experiences".

We are looking for people with similar passion who can deliver 1:2:1 and Small Group Tuition and are able take a lead with our Performance Groups.


  • Demonstrate high levels of musicianship
  • Have the ability and passion to motivate, engage and inspire young people of all musical abilities and backgrounds
  • Have high professional standards, including excellent timekeeping and communication skills
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, able to use their own initiative
We are specifically looking for a Piano Tutor to deliver:

  • 1:2:1 and Paired focussed tuition
  • Group Tuition for between three and fifteen pupils
  • The development of Performance Groups at all levels from Beginner to Advanced.
We are keen to support flexible working. The role is for 12 hours/week (2 days) for 38 weeks of the year during term time.


Salary:
£25,900 - £28,100 (FTE). This will be paid in 12 equal monthly instalments across the year.

Confidence and competence in teaching your first instrument to a high standard is essential.
