Accounts Payable Supervisor

For this ambition to become a reality the Shared Service Centre will play a big part in this strategy as we continue to grow through challenging times.


With a relatively large team to supervise we are looking for a person who can drive daily performance and ensure they and their team can deliver against KPIs and SLA's to deliver optimum service levels.


As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll be responsible for and not limited to:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards
  • Review Aged Credit reports to ensure aged invoices are resolved and we are paying to supplier terms
  • Training of team members and regular on track reviews
  • Presenting to other leaderships within the SSC & Sites
  • Looking for continuous improvement on processes
  • Escalation for any supplier queries

Requirements to be successful in the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor:

  • Strong coaching and people development focus with a successful track record of motivating and developing teams of people
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and contribute effectively with large teams, peers, managers and in virtual teams
  • Complete and thorough understanding of endtoend financial transaction processes
  • Highly numerate, with the ability to process financial data quickly and with a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives
