Overview:

Duties:

Construct and assemble structures according to blueprints and specifications
Perform masonry work including laying bricks, stones, or blocks
Install and repair roofs, including shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
Conduct electrical work such as wiring and installing fixtures
Utilize power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
Plumb pipes and install plumbing fixtures
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building cabinets
Paint surfaces as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Builder or similar role
Proficiency in masonry, roofing, electrical work, carpentry, welding, plumbing, and painting
Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
