Job Overview:


  • Maintenance Assistant required for a busy acute hospital Estates Department. carrying out both planned and reactive tasks on water, heating, ventilation, lighting, nurse calls and many other tasks required of the Estates department.

Main Duties

  • Provide cover over a four shift pattern.
  • Carry out planned PPM and reactive tasks
  • Keep accurate records
  • Prioritise workloads
  • Assist other members of the Estates team
