About this role
I work alongside a range of schools that are based in OX44. They are looking for TA's to assist within the classroom and 1:1 activities. These schools are looking for TA's that are passionate about supporting the positive and friendly atmosphere within the school.

As a Teaching Assistant, you need to be friendly, caring and supportive towards the children.

This job requires 5 GCSEs (including math and English), experience working or volunteering with children is required, but teaching assistant experience is not.

SEN experience is desirable, due to most schools having SEN students, but also not required.

This role will include:

Preparing learning materials
Adapt support to each students needs
Create an inclusive environment for students
Build relationships within the students, staff and parents

Working with Long Term Teachers
